1. If their names are not listed in the Phil. Veterinary Medical Association membership listings. Just click on google pvma , then choose membership listings.
2. If they signed your vaccination certificate and prescription without their printed name.
3. If they do not allow you to take their photo while they are vaccinating your pet.
4. If he/she does not show you his/her professional regulation commission veterinarian I.D..
5. If he/she does not issue a vaccination certificate.
6. If their vaccination certificate issued to you are in index card or xerox form.
